For Business Owners | Well Done Local

This isn't another review site.

We're not here to rank you against your competitors or let anyone leave anonymous reviews. We're here to tell your story — how you work, what you believe in, and why people recommend you.

Every business on Well Done Local was found through word of mouth. Someone recommended you. That's how it should be.

Why businesses love it.

🎯

Better Customers

People who find you through Well Done Local are looking for quality, not the cheapest option. They're pre-sold on the value of good work.

🎙️

Your Story, Told Right

A profile and podcast episode that captures who you are and how you work — in your own words, not filtered through algorithms.

🤝

Trusted Referrals

Being featured is like getting a recommendation from a friend. It carries weight that paid ads and review sites can't match.

💰

Completely Free

There's no fee to be featured, no premium tier, no pay-to-play. If you do good work and someone recommends you, that's enough.

How to get featured.

We don't accept applications. Here's how it works:

1

Someone Nominates You

A satisfied customer, neighbor, or colleague tells us about you. They share what work you did and why it stood out.

2

We Reach Out

If it looks like a good fit, we'll contact you for a conversation. We want to learn about your approach and what "done well" means to you.

3

You Get Featured

We create your profile and, if you're up for it, record a podcast episode. Then you're live on Well Done Local.

Common questions.

Does it cost anything to be featured?

No. Being featured on Well Done Local is completely free. We don't charge for listings, placements, or any premium features.

Can I apply to be featured?

We don't accept direct applications. Every business was nominated by someone else — a customer, neighbor, or colleague who experienced their work firsthand.

What if I want to update my profile?

Just reach out to us. We're happy to update your contact information, photos, or description.

Do I have to do a podcast episode?

Nope. The podcast is optional. Some business owners love sharing their story; others prefer to keep it simple.
